Initial Office Visit

120 minutes – $185.00

This is your initial lactation visit. It is usually scheduled for a full two hours, as we have a lot of background information to cover. We will discuss your full health history, and I will complete a physical assessment of you as well as baby. We will weigh baby before and after feeding, to determine milk transfer volume, and together we will make a plan for how to best optimize your breastfeeding experience.

Follow-Up Visit

90 min – $165.00

In this session we will go over any changes since our last visit, weigh baby, talk about how your care plan was implemented, and discuss if and how your plan can be changed to accommodate for the progress you’ve made.

Prenatal Visit

60 min – $100.00

Your very own breastfeeding class, where we will get to know each other, and I will get a good understanding of what you see as your breastfeeding goal. I will take a complete health history to account for any health and/or anatomy concerns that may impact your success. This allows me to better customize the information I give you, to fit your needs.

Induced Lactation Visit

60 min – $100.00

Much like the prenatal visit, we will discuss your goals for breastfeeding or chestfeeding. This visit may include education on medication, pumping, pump choices, supplements, and milk handling/storage guidelines. I will help you make a plan that fits your schedule and your needs, taking health history, previous experiences, baby’s age, and matching date into account. It is a good thing to be prepared!

Pumping/ Back to work Visit

60 min – $100.00

For this type of visit, we will develop a pumping schedule that is specifically tailored to your situation. We will set up your pump, do a proper flange fitting assessment, discuss milk supply management, bottle feeding techniques, milk handling/storage guidelines, and I will share with you some information for your infant care provider, so you can work together as a team.

Phone and Email Support

Free for current clients

I am committed to working with you on resolving the problem for which your consult was scheduled. For two weeks following a visit, phone and email support is offered for free. The best time to call me is between 9am and 6 pm, but I may be with another client so feel free to send me a text or email.
