If your insurance provider will not cover this visit, we will accept payment at the time of your consultation.
We will then provide you with a receipt including billing codes needed when you seek reimbursement.

Our fees are all HSA/FSA eligible expenses. We accept HSA cards, credit/debit, check or cash. (With the exception of $50 travel fee for home visits)
