Your visits with Breast For Baby can in most cases be billed through your insurance with no out of pocket cost to you. Use one of these buttons to verify your coverage, and use your insurance benefits.
If your insurance does not cover your visits, or if you do not have insurance, you can pay out of pocket for your visit. You may use HSA/FSA funds for this purpose.
If you are part of a Health Share we can provide you with an itemized receipt for reimbursement.
After you have booked a visit, you will receive a confirmation email with access to your intake forms.
Out of pocket cost of visits varies depending on time spent.
Most visits are $120 to $220 (click the booking link to see exact cost)
After your visits, you will have access to ongoing communication with your lactation consultant in our app
